You own your data. We process it only to run RunWise for you, we never sell it, and you can export all of it at any time.
We look in only when invited
Our support team can see your records only after you grant access, for a period you choose. Every visit is recorded, and you can end it at any time.
Your team sees what you allow
Each person gets a role. Cashiers sell, managers manage, and only the people you choose can see profit, costs or balances.
Every change is recorded
Price changes, refunds, discounts and stock adjustments are logged with who did it and when, so nothing changes quietly.
Keeps working offline
With the optional in-store server, your tills keep selling when the internet drops, and everything is sent safely to the cloud when it returns.
Encrypted and backed up
Data is encrypted on its way between your devices and our servers. It is backed up every day so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
Data protection law
We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. When you use RunWise, your business decides what data is collected about its customers and staff, and Nova Technology Labs processes it on your behalf. We provide a data processing agreement on request.
